instructions for teacher Registration and File Submission

1. Registration Form:  

   - Enter your name exactly as it appears on your passport to ensure accuracy.  

2. File Naming Convention:  

   - When saving documents for upload, use the following format:  

     `Last Name, First Name Middle Name-Subject Qualified to Teach-Type of Document`  

   - Example:  

     - Mbuarley, Ribert Nestaly-Math-Resume  

     - Mbuarley, Ribert Nestaly-Math-Passport 

     - Mbuarley, Ribert Nestaly-Math-Credential Evaluation   

3. Formatting Requirements:  

   - Include commas ( , ) and hyphens ( - ) as shown to ensure proper processing.  

   - Do not omit or alter punctuation.  

Failure to follow this format will result in delays or errors in processing your submission.
